Changed your mind? If your eSIM is unused and not yet installed, tap Talk to a human and we will refund it, no fuss. Once an eSIM is installed and activated the data clock has started, so (as with every travel eSIM) it is no longer refundable. But if it genuinely never worked, tell us and we will make it right, a fix, a swap, or a refund.
Not sure about a plan? Message us before you install it, that is the easy window for a refund.
