How can Atli help?

Most things sort themselves out in seconds. Pick a topic, or open a chat and just ask.

Install my eSIM

After you buy, your eSIM arrives right in the chat with 3 ways to install:

  1. One tap (iPhone iOS 17.4+ / Android): tap the Install button.
  2. Scan or upload the QR: point another phone at it, or save the QR image and add it from your photos in Settings.
  3. Manual: no scanner? Copy the SM-DP+ address and code into Settings.

Best tip: install on wifi before you fly, then land already connected.

No data or won't connect

Try these in order, it is almost always one of them:

  1. Toggle Airplane mode on for 10 seconds, then off. Fastest reset.
  2. Turn Data Roaming ON for the atlas eSIM (yes, roaming, it is included, that is exactly how travel eSIMs work).
  3. Set the atlas eSIM as your data line (iPhone: Settings › Cellular › Cellular Data › pick atlas. Android: Settings › SIMs › mobile data › atlas).
  4. Check the atlas line is turned on, and that you have actually arrived (it only connects on a local network at your destination).
  5. Still nothing? Turn off automatic network selection and pick a local carrier by hand.

Done all 5 and still dark? Open a chat, tap Talk to a human, and send your phone model plus a screenshot of your Cellular settings.

Top up or renew

Running low or heading back? Open My eSIMs in the chat (just type "wallet"), tap the plan, and grab a fresh top up in one tap. Same country, same install, ready to go.

Where my eSIM works

Each plan covers a specific country or region, whatever you bought it for. Country plans work in that country; region plans (like Europe or Asia) work across the whole region.

Not sure? Just type any country name in the chat and Atli shows the plan that covers it.

Payments & refunds

Pay right in the chat with Apple Pay, Google Pay or card. No app, no account.

Changed your mind? If your eSIM is unused and not yet installed, tap Talk to a human and we will refund it, no fuss. Once an eSIM is installed and activated the data clock has started, so (as with every travel eSIM) it is no longer refundable. But if it genuinely never worked, tell us and we will make it right, a fix, a swap, or a refund.

Invite friends & earn

Type invite in the chat and Atli hands you your personal friend code (it looks like ATLI-XXXX) plus a share link.

  • Friends get 10% off their first eSIM.
  • You get 5% off your next order the moment they buy.

Friend codes are for new travelers only, one per person, and the discount applies automatically at checkout. No stacking, the best deal you qualify for is the one you get.

atlas coins

Every $1 you spend earns 3 atlas coins, automatically. Buying for yourself and gifting both count (the coins go to whoever pays).

Gift an eSIM

Any plan can be a gift: pick their destination, choose a plan, then tap Gift this instead at checkout.

  • You get a gift card with a GIFT-XXXX claim code to forward.
  • They claim it by sending the code to Atli, on Telegram or WhatsApp.
  • The validity clock starts only when they claim it, so best claim right before the trip and install on wifi.
  • Codes stay claimable for 6 months. One claim per code, and you can't claim your own.
