1. Who we are
The atlas eSIM service, including Atli, the chat assistant, runs on Telegram (@AtlasEsimBot), on WhatsApp (our WhatsApp business number), and on this website. It is operated by XForge Mobile ("atlas", "we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. What the service is
atlas does two things:
- Compares the market. We show you popular travel eSIM plans and prices from other providers for your destination. This information comes from public sources, is refreshed periodically, and is provided for orientation only. Prices and plans of other providers can change before we do, so always confirm on their side before buying from them.
- Sells atlas eSIMs. Prepaid travel data plans delivered as an eSIM, right in the chat, provided together with our wholesale connectivity partners.
3. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old to use atlas. By making a purchase you confirm that you are.
4. Buying an eSIM
- The price you pay is the price shown at checkout, in US dollars, including any discount applied there. There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges; every plan is a one-time prepaid purchase.
- Payments are processed by payment providers (such as card processors, Apple Pay, Google Pay). We never see or store your card number.
- Your eSIM is delivered in the chat as a QR code plus manual activation details, normally within seconds of payment.
- A plan's validity period starts as described at checkout, and for gifted eSIMs it starts when the recipient claims the gift, not when it is bought.
5. Your device
eSIMs only work on eSIM-capable, carrier-unlocked devices. Atli can check your phone model and the help center explains how to verify (dial *#06# and look for an EID). These checks are a best-effort convenience: device makers ship regional variants, and only you can confirm your exact device and lock status. Purchases for incompatible or locked devices fall under the refund rules below, an uninstalled eSIM is always refundable.
6. Using the eSIM
- Coverage, speed and network quality depend on the local mobile networks at your destination and can vary by place and time. We promise honest information about coverage; nobody can promise a specific speed on someone else's network.
- Plans are subject to the fair-use policies of the underlying networks. Unlimited plans in particular may be slowed after exceptional usage, as is standard across the industry.
- Use the connectivity lawfully. Do not use it to break the law of the country you are in, to send spam, or to resell access commercially.
7. Refunds
Simple and the same as in the bot's help center:
- Unused and not installed: tell us (type human in the chat) and we refund it, no fuss.
- Installed and activated: the data clock has started, so, as with every travel eSIM, it is no longer refundable.
- The fairness exception: if your eSIM genuinely never worked and our support cannot make it work, we make it right, a fix, a swap, or a refund.
- Not sure about a plan? Message us before you install it, that is the easy window for a refund.
8. Coins, friend codes, gifts and promos
- atlas coins are loyalty points, earned on purchases and automatically applied as a discount at checkout (100 coins take $1 off). They never expire, have no cash value, cannot be transferred or paid out, and only work inside atlas.
- Discount codes (friend codes, first-order treats, promo drops): one discount applies per checkout, the best one you hold. Friend codes are for first orders; drops are first-come, one per person.
- Gifted eSIMs are paid up front and claimable by the recipient for 6 months from purchase, one claim per gift. The recipient's validity clock starts at claim. An unclaimed, expired gift is not lost, contact support and we will make it right.
- These perks are ours to run fairly: we may correct balances or revoke codes obtained through fraud, self-dealing, or automation, and we may adjust how the programs work for future purchases. Coins you have already earned keep their promised value.
9. Fair play
Do not abuse the service: no fraudulent payments, no creating multiple identities to farm discounts, no automated scraping of the bot, no using the chat to harass our team. We may suspend service to anyone doing these things; genuine purchases stay honored.
10. The platforms we live on
The service runs inside Telegram and WhatsApp, so your use of those apps is also governed by their own terms. If a platform blocks or changes something outside our control, we will do our best to keep serving you, including on the other platform, but we are not responsible for the platforms themselves.
11. Changes and availability
We keep improving the service and may add, change or retire features. We aim for the bot to be available around the clock but do not promise uninterrupted availability; short maintenance windows and outages of the platforms or networks we depend on can happen. eSIMs you have already bought are honored regardless.
12. Our liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Beyond that:
- The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as missed connections, missed bookings, roaming charges from your home carrier, or lost business, arising from coverage gaps, network performance, or service interruptions.
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Privacy
How we handle your data is covered in our Privacy Policy, the short version: we collect only what the service requires, and we never sell it.
14. Ending things
You can stop using atlas at any time, and you can ask us to delete your data (see the Privacy Policy). We can suspend or refuse service in the fair-play cases above. Either way, eSIMs you have paid for keep working until they expire.
15. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes get a notice in the bot. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, where we are registered, and disputes belong to the courts of Singapore, unless the consumer-protection law where you live gives you rights that cannot be taken away, in which case those rights stand.
