Choosing a network

In many destinations your Atli eSIM works on more than one network operator. If the one you are on is weak or slow, you can switch manually.

Your phone chooses automatically by default and takes the strongest signal it can see when you land. Switching is only possible where Atli has more than one network at your location.

iPhone

• Settings › Cellular (or Mobile Data) › scroll down to SIMs
• Tap the Atli eSIM › Network Selection › turn off Automatic
• Wait for the list to fill, then pick a network

Android

• Settings › Connections (or Network & internet) › Mobile networks › Network operators
• Pick the Atli eSIM at the bottom › turn off Select automatically
• Wait for the list to fill, then pick a network

On Android the steps vary a little by make and model.
